Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item you received is damaged. If you wish to return a damaged item, please follow the procedure below:

Message us through WhatsApp on +965 4111 1340 explaining the damage. Remember to provide us with your name, address, and your order number.

After your request has been approved, we will respond back and replace your damaged item with a new one. The product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us below.
